The Elite Performing Arts Center (EPAC) can accommodate a wide range of special events at a low rate. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact our office at (972) 818-6888 for calendar availability.

1. The responsible party as listed on the booking form must be 20 years of age or older.
2. A deposit of $200.00 payable to TPCAA is required 30 days prior to the event date to reserve any facility desired. It will be refunded upon satisfactory clean-up and return of equipment. The renter will be assessed a penalty in addition to the deposit for any extraordinary clean-up required or for damages that occur.
3. The deposit is non-refundable, if cancellation is not made 10 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the written cancellation notice, the refund, if applicable, will be processed. However, the penalty may be waived and deposit refunded at the discretion of EPAC due to extenuating circumstances beyond the renter's control. All appeals must be submitted to EPAC in writing.
4. Standard insurance is required for injury to any person(s) arising from accidents and for property damage. A minimum of 1,000,000.00 General Liability Insurance must be secured, listing EPAC as "Additional Insured" and specifying the date, time, and location of the event. The renter assumes full responsibility for any injury or damage done to either personal or EPAC's property during the event. Contact the EPAC immediately in case of an emergency.
5. All borrowed items should be returned to their original condition and location. The renter assumes sole responsibility for all missing or damaged equipment and will be billed accordingly.
6. The renter is required to turn off the lighting, the heating, the air conditioning, and the sound system, and to lock the door before leaving EPAC. Any failure to do so may be subject to a penalty.
