EDUCATIONAL ROGRAMS

The Texas Performing Chinese Arts Association (TPCAA) is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization founded by David Wong in 1991. Our mission is to unite young performing artists from across the United States to become goodwill ambassadors, using concerts as a vehicle for the promotion of our shared musical heritage. We celebrate cultural diversity by incorporating music from the East and the West in our repertoire. We also provide language and multi-disciplinary arts programs of high quality and educational value for both the local community and the Greater Dallas metropolitan area.

The TPCAA, conveniently located in Plano, just north of Dallas at the intersection between Plano Parkway and Preston Rd., has served as a cultural outreach center and meeting place for performing artists from both local and global communities. Today, the TPCAA continues to strive to achieve its mission through the development of several new and existing programs, all taught by highly qualified teachers. Our ultimate aim is to promote understanding and communication among different ethnic groups and cultures through arts and performances.

The Elite Performing Arts Center (EPAC), which is the
permanent home of TPCAA, provides rental services for
concerts, art exhibitions, seminars, private parties,
business meetings, wedding banquets and receptions, or
any other commercial event.

The Elite Youth Activities Center (EYAC) features a grand hall, a lounge with a full bar and big-screen TV, a conference room, a restaurant, a kitchen, and several classrooms and bathrooms with showers. The facility has a large swimming pool, a tennis court, and four 2-floor handball courts, etc. Our mission is to provide young people in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with an affordable, convenient, and comprehensive sports facility and educational opportunities. The EYAC is ideal for summer camps, wedding parties, and business conferences. It will be available for rental after renovation and remodeling.

For more information about both facilities and rental opportunities, please call us at (972) 818-6888 or (214) 641-2203, or visit our Facility Rental Page.
